Electrically Conductive Silicone
What is Electrically Conductive Silicone?
Conductive silicone is a special silicone rubber material that achieves conductivity by evenly distributing conductive particles (such as silver-coated copper powder, nickel-coated graphite powder, metal particles or carbon fibers, etc.) in the silicone and by making these conductive particles contact and connect with each other.
Products of this grade are with good electrical conductivity, as well as high bonding and shearing strength on various substrates.
Features of Electrically Conductive Silicone
• Easy to apply via various processes: screen printing, dispensing, jetting, etc.
• High bonding strength
• Good reflow resistance
• Low volume resistivity
