Features
1.Stainless steel chain conveyor equipped with chain drag bars, extending the service life of the track.
2.Touch screen control with parameterized setting of transportation speed for digital operation.
3.Parameterized lamp power percentage setting with automatic entry into energy-saving mode during standby or when the track is idle.
4.Special heat dissipation design prevents damage to heat-sensitive materials caused by excessive furnace temperatures.
5.Advanced exhaust system with front, rear, side, and bottom exhaust outlets; automatic circulation and controllable furnace temperature.
6.Four sets of air ducts help lower product surface temperature, enhance UV light energy reflection, reduce light loss, and protect staff from injury. The lamp set is easy to replace, with a replacement time ≤ 10 minutes.
7.Open rack design with acrylic front door, making operation and maintenance extremely convenient and easy to remove.
8.Double-layer UV protection: observation window can be closed when not in use, with one layer for heat insulation and one for light insulation. Allows real-time observation of the board status.
9.Adjustable lamp height, manual adjustment range: 0–100mm.
10.Equipped with rail inlet and outlet ventilation systems to effectively remove the odor from solidified ozone.
11.Supports circuit board components with a height tolerance of ±100mm (100mm above and below).
12.Optional features: electric rail adjustment, electric lamp lifting system, and bottom return board.
