UV Lamps:
Lamp life can reach 1,000–1,200 hours. The UV energy is high, providing strong coating penetration. Equipped with an abnormal lamp protection device.
Conveyor Belt:
Made of Teflon material, featuring stepless speed regulation. The speed is stable and adjustable.
Focused Design:
Imported high-reflectivity lamp housings enable instant drying and high-speed operation.
Cooling Zone:
Independent cooling area ensures low PCB temperature upon exit.
Transmission System:
Uses imported motors and speed controllers, ensuring smooth operation with adjustable speed (0–2000 mm/min).
Chain Conveyor:
Made of stainless steel, with an effective width of 50–450 mm. Width is adjustable.
Board Detection:
Equipped with in/out board detection to monitor the number and movement of boards within the equipment.
UV System:
Includes transformer, reflector, lamp tubes, triggers, UV reflectors, and bottom reflectors to significantly improve UV light utilization. Each set of UV lamps is individually controllable, and the lamp height is adjustable.
