Using the motion control system, the dispensing needle can be accurately moved to the position where dispensing is required according to the set program. Visual positioning: In some operations that require precise positioning, fully automatic dispensing machines often use visual positioning technology. Through the camera and image processing algorithm, the position information of the workpiece is obtained in real time, and the dispensing needle is accurately positioned at the target position. This technology greatly improves the accuracy and efficiency of dispensing, especially when dealing with complex shapes or tiny parts.
Control system: Regulate and monitor the entire dispensing process, set parameters such as dispensing path, glue flow rate, pressure value, and monitor key indicators in the dispensing process in real time. The control system not only ensures the uniformity and accuracy of the glue, but also can promptly detect and handle abnormal situations to ensure the stability and reliability of the dispensing process.
