Daily maintenance of curing furnace mainly includes the following aspects:
Daily cleaning and maintenance:
Regularly clean the dust and debris inside and outside the curing furnace to keep the equipment clean and hygienic.
Check and clean the dust, impurities, etc. in the furnace to prevent dust from adhering to the heating elements and affecting the heating efficiency.
Clean the conveying system, remove material residues and other debris to ensure smooth conveying.
Regular inspection and maintenance:
Regularly check whether the heating elements, such as infrared heating tubes or heating wires of hot air furnaces, are damaged. Generally, an appearance inspection is performed once a month and a performance inspection is performed once a quarter.
Check the accuracy of the temperature control system. Professional temperature detection equipment can be used for calibration, at least once a year.
Check whether the insulation layer of the furnace body is damaged. If there is any damage, it should be repaired in time to ensure the insulation effect.
Regularly check the operation and performance of components such as motors, reducers and reducer motors, solenoid valves, wiring lines, AC contactors and thermal relays, and handle and replace damaged components in time.
Note:
When performing maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply to ensure personal safety.
Follow the maintenance guidelines provided by the equipment manufacturer and do not disassemble or modify the equipment at will.
For complex problems or uncertain situations, it is recommended to consult the equipment manufacturer or professional technicians.
