What is FIPG Silicone?

FIPG Silicone, or Formed-In-Place Gasket Silicone, is a sealing technology widely used in the automotive, aerospace, electronics and other industries. FIPG Silicone is a sealing material that is sprayed or injected directly on site. It forms a sealing gasket after curing at the assembly position, thus replacing the traditional prefabricated gasket. This material is mainly composed of silicone (siloxane) and has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, chemical corrosion and aging.
