What are electronic potting gel?
Electronic potting gel is a two-part thermally conductive silicone encapsulant. It can be either room temperature cured or heat cured for maximum adhesion. Typical application is IGBT transparent potting for mechanical shock absorption.
Application of electronic potting gel
It can be widely used for potting and filling of electronic, electrical and instrument components to achieve the purpose of moisture-proof, shock-proof, damping, insulation and sealing. It can also be used for potting of electronic components and high-voltage power devices for insulation, sealing and bonding, and is suitable for packaging with self-adhesive requirements for shock absorption, stress elimination and good bonding.
